Special Calls & Value Added Services
- Prices are in USD excluding tax and are subject to change.
- The relevant rate is charged per Edge Solar device IMEI connected by the customer to the Pivotel Service Gateway (PSG) for delivery to the customer’s nominated server.
- Pivotel will deliver each message in near real time, for devices provisioned by a customer, to the customer’s nominated server IP address or URL.
- The method of delivery is as specifi ed in Pivotel Services Gateway (PSG) Customer Interface Specifi cation, a copy of which will be supplied by Pivotel.
- Each message received from an Edge Solar device connected under the customer code will incur a minimum 10 Byte charge, and messages will be billed in minimum 10 Byte blocks. (e.g 23 Byte message will incur 30 Byte charge).
- Only devices approved by Pivotel Satellite Pty Limited may be connected to the PSG.
- Overage Data is charged per KB.
- The customer is liable for all service costs under the rate plan for a minimum term of 24 months.
